Description
La Marzocco set out to design the Srtada EP (Electronic Paddle) because of a shift in the market. As more coffee roasters began moving toward direct trade and relationship coffees, we realized there was a need for a more stable, reliable, and versatile machine that enabled them to showcase the very best of these coffees. the Strada EP has the capability to repeat pressure curves automatically. once the barsita has recorded a pressure curve tailored to a coffee, a simple movement of the paddle will replay the programmed curve. with the electronic paddle, the barista is able to focus on customer interaction eithout having to attempt to manually manipulate pressure during the brewing process
